Our Quality Process — 5 Stages

Every item supplied through our platform is subject to the following controlled workflow. Each stage is logged and traceable per order.

Stage 1 — Supplier Acceptance Criteria

Only suppliers that meet our audited acceptance standards can list components on the platform. Before onboarding, each supplier must demonstrate:

  • Authorized channel status: Valid proof of direct OEM or authorized global distribution agreements.
  • Traceable sourcing: Full manufacturer batch and origin records for the component categories they supply.
  • Rejection history: A clean record regarding counterfeit, relabeled, or gray-market incidents.
  • Ongoing compliance: Acceptance is not one-time; suppliers are re-audited and their listings suspended if criteria are breached.

We do not onboard unverified brokers or high-risk liquidators.

Stage 2 — Serial & Label Verification

Every component is checked for genuine manufacturer identity through physical and data-level controls:

  • Original packaging: Items arrive in original manufacturer boxes, sealed static-shield bags, or factory crates with intact tamper-evident seals.
  • Serial number traceability: High-value automation and drive equipment carry verifiable manufacturer serial numbers and QR codes for authenticity checks.
  • Label & nameplate inspection: MPN, revision level, and electrical specs are verified against the manufacturer's registry and the order exactness.

Stage 3 — Condition Classification

Each component is classified into a defined condition grade so there is never ambiguity about what you receive:

  • Brand-New (Sealed OEM): Factory-new, original packaging, zero prior handling. This is our standard for every automated supply.
  • Factory Fresh (Verified Stock): New condition, packaging integrity confirmed after warehouse storage checks.
  • Rejected / Non-conforming: Any item that fails classification — counterfeit, altered, used, refurbished, B-stock, or relabeled — is permanently barred from the catalog and returned to the supply chain, never offered for sale.

Only genuine, brand-new, conforming components proceed to shipping.

Stage 4 — Pre-Shipment Control

Before dispatch from our European logistics hubs, every order undergoes a final documented checkpoint:

  • Visual & physical re-inspection: Confirmation of factory seals, anti-tamper labels, and serial nameplates.
  • Spec re-match: Serial, revision, and electrical data re-verified against the order line.
  • ESD-safe handling: Electrostatic discharge-safe handling for all electronic and automation control boards.
  • Packaging readiness: The item is re-sealed and packed to survive international freight without compromising authenticity.

Stage 5 — Discrepancy Procedure

If a discrepancy is identified at any stage — or reported by your receiving department — a formal, documented resolution procedure is triggered:

  • Verification: The item, its serial/batch record, and its classification history are audited against our records.
  • Ruling: Discrepancies are investigated and adjudicated. A proven non-genuine or non-compliant item triggers our zero-cost guarantee below.
  • Remedy: Immediate 100% refund or express replacement, including all associated return freight charges.
